This cosy apartment with a balcony impresses you with its Upper Bavarian charm and the view over the romantic little Larchbach stream towards Seeberg and Traithen.
The 36 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), and a bathroom, offering space for up to four guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi and cable TV.
For families, a baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
The beautiful balcony invites you to relax in the fresh mountain air.
As the house is located directly by the spa gardens, peace and relaxation are guaranteed.
The nearest supermarket is 280 metres away, and the closest bakery is just 130 metres from the accommodation.
The Bayrischzell drag lift, the starting point for a visit to the Sudelfeld ski area, is only 800 metres away (about 10 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car).
In addition, the start and end point of the Wendelstein Männlein hiking trail—one of countless routes in the area—is just 30 metres from Haus Annamirl. Important note: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on the balconies.
