In Bayrischzell, in an idyllic location with mountain views, is the Seeberg vacation apartment on the 1st floor of the Annamirl house.
The cozy vacation apartment with south-facing terrace captivates with its Upper Bavarian charm as well as the view over the romantic little Larchbach to the Seeberg and the Traithen.
The 55 m² apartment has a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people.
The equipment also includes WLAN and cable TV. Upon request, a baby crib and high chair can also be provided free of charge in this family-friendly vacation apartment.
The beautiful south-facing terrace invites you to linger in the fresh mountain air - since the house is located directly at the spa park, relaxation and tranquility are guaranteed.
The nearest supermarket is 280 m away from the accommodation and the nearest bakery can be found in just 130 m. You can reach the Bayrischzell suspension lift, the starting point for a visit to the Sudelfeld ski paradise, after just 800 m (10-minute walk or 4-minute drive). In addition, the starting and ending points of the Wendelstein Männlein hiking trail, one of countless routes in the area, are located in the immediate vicinity of Haus Annamirl (30 m). Smoking is strictly prohibited both in and on the balconies. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available on the property and on the street.

NyDas Haus hat eine schöne Lage, aber die Wohnung ist abgewohnt.

Die Lage am Kurpark mit Bachlauf war gut und zentral gelegen.
Auf der Internetseite ist die Wohnung besser angezeigt wie im Original.
Sehr unsauber zu wenig Gläser zu wenig Besteck. Spülschwämme uralt und nicht zu benutzen.
Im Schlafzimmer Spinnweben. Wolldecken im Schrank total verschmutzt und nicht zu gebrauchen. Im Bad ist der Luftabzug voll mit Staub.
Es gab keine Möglichkeit die Wohnung selbst mal zu saugen ( kein Staubsauger, kein Besen nur Handfeger.)

Unterkunft ist recht schön Gegend ist super lohnt sich immer wieder, wenn der Fernseher wie auf den Bildern angezeigt auch wirklich da gewesen wäre hätte ich schön gefunden da wir etwas durchwachsenes Wetter hatten auch sollte sich der Vermieter auch mal um die Badabluft kümmern habe ich dann selbst...
