The Lettnerhof is situated on a sunny hill in the South Tyrolean Welsberg, in the middle of the green, no house far and wide. Nestled in the Pustertal mountains, the guesthouse is surrounded by forests and meadows, hiking and skiing areas, the Pragser Wildsee lake and the majestic Dolomites.

The family suites for up to four people all have a balcony or sun terrace with mountain views, a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator and coffee maker, as well as two separate bedrooms, shower/WC/bidet, TV/Sat and free wi-fi. A private parking space can also be found right at the house.
The first bedroom has a king size bed, in the second you can find bunk beds for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area can be found in the room or optionally covered outside, as the private outdoor area has a balcony or garden terrace with stunning mountain views. Other amenities include fast wi-fi and satellite TV. Baby crib and high chair are available upon request. Guests receive free of charge the environmentally friendly advantage card GuestPass, which is a ticket to use many means of public transport - buses and trains.
Other sociable common areas include the breakfast room and café bar with magazines, books, informational materials and hiking maps, board games, children's books and toys. In addition, guests enjoy a large common outdoor area with garden furniture, a gazebo and several fireplaces with barbecue facilities.

The surroundings
At a distance of 2 km is the center of Welsberg with its restaurants, bars and stores. Sights and natural sites such as the Braies Lake or the Antholz Lake can be reached in a short time by car or public transport. Famous natural monuments in the area include Three Peaks, the Kronplatz hiking and ski area, the Helm ski area and the Haunold toboggan run.
