Rousa is a charming guesthouse in the heart of Oberrasen, in the beautiful Antholz Valley.
Here, a traditional farmhouse meets unique design and a cozy atmosphere. The “Cosy” mini-apartment on the ground floor is about 20 m² and features a king-size bed, wardrobe, satellite TV, and safe.
The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, filter coffee machine, and Italian moka pot. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, towels, and hand soap. A highlight is the large panoramic window overlooking the courtyard with herb garden and inviting outdoor lounge, which is available to all guests. A delicious breakfast is served daily in the original lounge.
There, books, card and board games, and an honesty bar invite you to relax. Final cleaning is included.
For stays of 7 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is also included.
Laundry service is available for an extra charge.
Pets are not allowed. Free parking is nearby; two spaces at the house can be reserved for an extra charge. You receive free bus and train rides throughout South Tyrol.
The bus stop is right next door, and there is a small entertainment program. Children have free use of a kids’ table; a baby cot is available for an extra charge.
A playground is a short walk away. In winter, there is a ski room with boot and glove dryer, plus a free ski bus to Kronplatz. Popular destinations include Lake Antholz, Lake Braies, and the Three Peaks. Eco-friendly features: natural wood floors, district heating, LED lighting, water-saving fixtures, heat recovery, recycling point, and a seasonal, regional breakfast.

Beautiful location in a peaceful valley surrounded by mountains. Room was clean and well appointed for space. Everything seemed new. The host was superbly kind, thoughtful and attentive. The included breakfast was fabulous. Highly recommend.
