Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the 'Fabulous Apartment' in Elviria Hills is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones.
The 132 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower, and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a smart TV with streaming services.
On top of that, a private sauna and a shared gym are also provided for your enjoyment.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a garden, both an open and a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area with a pool that is open year-round, a children's pool and a tennis court. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 1.29km. Het appartement was ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Locatie was heel goed met prachtig uitzicht op zee en mooi en schoon zwembad. Fijn dat er een afgesloten parkeerplaats bij was.
We had a great holiday in this extremely comfortable apartment.
