The 132 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower, and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a smart TV with streaming services.
On top of that, a private sauna and a shared gym are also provided for your enjoyment.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a garden, both an open and a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area with a pool that is open year-round, a children's pool and a tennis court. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 1.29km.
