The villa 'Fantastic renovated villa annex' is located in Mijas Costa and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.
This 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, an extra fridge, air conditioning and floor heating in the living room and all bedrooms, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open all hours all year round), a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue.
Free parking is easy to find on the street, right in front of the house.
Pets are allowed upon request.
Groups of young people are not allowed.
Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.
Towels are included in the price.
Pool/beach towels are included in the price.
Bed linen is included in the price.
The pool service man comes twice a week.

Ruime villa, erg schoon en goed onderhouden.
Groot zwembad en zeer complete keuken.
Contact met de verhuurder liep ook erg soepel.
Alles beviel zeer goed.
Geen minpunten.

The villa and outside areas were great. The pool isn’t the biggest however it’s more than big enough to mess about in to cool down. There are several outdoor areas to have a chill, enjoy a sunbathe or eat alfresco. We will definitely rebook in the future.
If honest it was a little further out from town than I would have liked however we easily grabbed an Uber into town and back each day for the beach or to eat and a few drinks for as little as €8 each way so won’t break the bank.

Dette er et super lækkert hus, og dejligt indrettet i modernet nordisk still. Pool og ude området er rigtigt dejligt indrettet med liggestole of parasoller. Der er en dejlig afskærmet terrasse, som blev brugt hver aften til lidt drinks og skinke. Ejeren Benedicte fulgte hurtigt op på vores booking, ...
