The newly built studio apartment "Beach Front Holiday Studio" is located in Fuengirola just a short walk from the beach. The 28 m² property consists of one big room with a living area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a double bed, as well as 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 2 people.

In addition, the sofa can serve as a sofa bed for 1 child. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, heating, as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. There is a shared gym area in the building that can be accessed for an additional fee. The pool is open all year round and beach/pool towels are provided. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. The apartment has step-free access and interior, and the buidling has an elevator.
