The holiday home Penthouse with a fantastic view is located in La Cala de Mijas and overlooks the sea.
The 90 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.
Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a barbecue.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden and garden furniture is also available for your use. **Please be informed: The pool is currently under renovation, and due to unforeseen delays, we are unable to provide an exact reopening date at this time.** Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 379m.

Esta casa está perfectamente organizada para cuatro personas. Dos baños, aire acondicionado y cocina totalmente equipada. Pero lo mejor: sus dos impresionantes terrazas con estupendas vistas para relajarse y disfrutar en familia. La piscina también invita a un baño tras una jornada de playa.

Vi havde et rigtig fint ophold i Jan’s lejlighed. Den var pæn og ren ved ankomst. Poolområde var rigtig godt, og der var andre børn som vores børn kunne lege med. Udsigten fra de to terrasser var helt perfekt.
Vi kan sagtens anbefale Jan’s lejlighed til andre børnefamilier.
