Above the village of Olang, with a view of the picturesque Pustertal, the chalet "Obereggeralm" welcomes you. The 120m² vacation apartment is located in a listed house from the 16th century and is furnished in alpine style with high-quality materials and lots of wood.
It is spread over two floors and consists of an open living area, a very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable/satellite TV and a washing machine, while a baby crib and a high chair are available upon request.
From the balcony you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view and in the evening relax in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine to end the day. A garden with playground also belongs to the vacation apartment.
The house is located directly on the ski slope in the ski area Kronplatz and is accessible all year round.
Outside the ski season you can explore the area on numerous hiking trails.
Due to its authentic cuisine, the Obereggeralm is a popular meeting place for hikers and skiers.
The nearest supermarkets, bakeries and other stores are located in Olang, 5.6km away, which can be reached by car in 9 minutes. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Restaurant and breakfast available at extra charge.

La maison est idéalement située sur les pistes.
La proximité du restaurant ne dérange en rien et est meme un avantage.
Elle est parfaitement équipée et Alex est un hôte parfait.
Idéale avec des enfants de tous âges.

Great base camp for the Dolomites summer hiking. Home and Host (Alex) were excellent. Clean, even the spaces in between. Well appointed kitchen. Out the door hikes for all skill levels. Nearby town perfect for grocery stocking. Alex (host) tips for destination hikes were fantastic.

Our host Alex was amazing! Homemade bread and jams delivered to our cozy chalet. Very helpful with guidance for food, hikes, etc. Service was exceptional. There is nothing quite like being in a chalet with an epic view and a good glass of wine. Our family of 5, grown kids had a fantastic stay.
