The bright apartment Bregenz 6 Top 2 is part of a holiday apartment building in a central yet quiet district of Bregenz, just a short walk from the beach.

The 60 m² apartment features a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one is a children's room with 2 single beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, cable TV, a baby cot and a high chair (on request). Start your day with coffee on the sunny balcony with seating and unwind in the shared outdoor area with a well-kept garden and open terrace, perfect for evenings with a glass of wine. Thanks to the excellent location, you can reach supermarkets and restaurants in just 5 minutes on foot (500 m), bakeries, pharmacies, and the train station in 10 minutes (900 m). The nearest beach, Strandbad Bregenz, is 1 km or a 12-minute walk away, right next to the Festspielhaus.

Bregenz is renowned for its many cultural events, such as the "Bregenzer Festspiele." Within 30 km or a 35-minute drive, you can reach ski resorts like Pfänderbahn, Alberschwende, Bödele, and others.

The scenic mountainous area offers great hiking and is ideal for cycling along the lakeshore.

Lindau Island with its charming old town is only 20 minutes (17.5 km) away, and St. Gallen in Switzerland can be reached by car in 40 minutes (38 km). Liechtenstein is 50 minutes (55 km) south of Bregenz by car. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
