The bright apartment "Bregenz 6 Top 1" is part of a holiday residence in a central yet quiet district of Bregenz, just a short walk from the beach.
Covering 47 m², the apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating 2 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and cable TV. Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a well-kept garden and an open terrace—perfect for starting the day with coffee or enjoying evenings with a glass of wine. Thanks to its excellent location, you can reach supermarkets and restaurants in just 5 minutes on foot (500 m), while bakeries, pharmacies, and the train station are only 10 minutes away (900 m). The nearest lido, Strandbad Bregenz, is 1 km or a 12-minute walk away, right next to the Festspielhaus, where you can relax surrounded by stunning mountain views.
Bregenz is famous for its cultural offerings, including the "Bregenz Festival." Within 35 minutes by car (30 km), you can reach ski resorts such as Pfänderbahn, Alberschwende, Bödele, and more.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer eignet sich sehr gut als Bett.
Es fehlt eine gescheite Lüftung im Bad. Außerdem haben wir eine Sitzfläche im Hof vermisst.
