The cozy holiday home “Sa Pedra Romantica” is located in the town of Monte Petrosu, only a short drive from the sea, and is part of a well-kept housing complex.
The bungalow consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and a television.
The private outdoor area comes with a little garden area, as well as an open and covered terrace, which is perfect for quiet evenings with tasty dinners from the stone barbecue.
From the terrace you can overlook the shared pool area, where you can take a morning swim to start the day. You can find a supermarket and a butcher’s after a 9-minute walk (750 m), restaurants and cafés within a 7-minute walk (550 m), while a bar is only 20 m from the holiday home.
The closest beach, Porto Taverna, is situated 4 km or a 6-minute drive away.
If you would like to spend the day in a bigger town, Olbia’s beautiful centre is certainly worth a visit and invites you to walk around its narrow streets and and enjoy the old architecture and many restaurants and cafés. Just as Olbia Airport, it is located a 25-minute drive (25 km) from Monte Petrosu. Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. Pets are not allowed.

Ruim appartement met privé tuin en gedeeld zwembad

Het is een ruim en schoon appartement. Alle ramen hebben luiken en de airconditioning werkt erg goed. Achter het appartement is een privé tuin met een grote overdekte eetafel. Voor het appartement is ook een zitje. Er is altijd ergens schaduw. De gedeelde tuin is erg mooi en het zwembad is heerlijk! In de omgeving zijn prachtige stranden en een aantal restaurants op loopafstand.
Het was zeer toeristisch in de buurt, dus de stranden zijn erg druk. Het tweepersoonsbed is wat hard.

No WiFi, no oven and nog allowed to use the bbq. Also, it is not allowed to use the shared pool from 13:30 to 15:30.
