Just a few hundred meters from the natural beach of Punta Molara, the Nido holiday home is located within a residence in a very quiet area, surrounded by Sardinian greenery.
This ground-floor studio features a bedroom with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed, and a bathroom, making it ideal for 2 guests.
The apartment offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and cable TV. Outside, you will find a private garden with a small octagonal veranda, barbecue, and natural shade—perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing by the shared pool. Punta Molara beach is about 600 meters away.
Cala Ginepro is 600 meters away, Cala Girgolu is 3.5 km away, and the beaches of Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, and Porto Taverna are 5 km away.
The center of San Teodoro (9 km) offers bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and lively nightlife. Bed linens, towels, air conditioning, and final cleaning are available for an extra fee. Included in your stay: unlimited Wi-Fi, water, cooking gas, and a private parking space.

It was comfortable, tidy and clean, and the host very friendly. The location is really nice, quiet and calm and not far from a small beautiful beach (10 minutes walking). The swimming pool is a plus! But I recommend to have a car to arrive and go to the nearest commerce. You can also reach other beautiful beaches by 10 -15 minutes car distance.

Beautiful architectur of the house , pool area and garden. The appartement is beautiful charming italian style. The owner is very friendly and uncomplicated.
The appartement needs a new bed that is a bit higher and more confortable also the kitchen needs a update (plates, glasses, etc.) are a bit oldschool.
But all in all it is a besutiful appartment for this price
