BEACHFRONT APARTMENT WITH SEA VIEWS
Recently renovated, it is located in the centre of Marbella city, on the pedestrian street of the promenade and in front of Faro beach.
Located on the mezzanine floor of the Eden Roc I residential complex, it has two exterior bedrooms, one with two single beds that can be joined together, with views of the Parque de la Constitución, and the other, with a single bed, with sea views.
Sheets are provided and exchanged weekly.
The house has an open-plan kitchen that includes a two-burner ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, Italian coffee maker, electric juicer, kettle and all the essential utensils for daily use.
The spacious living room has a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, with access to digital platforms.
The bathroom has a shower screen and towels and bath towels are provided.
The ideal capacity of the accommodation is three people.
The complex has a swimming pool with free access to guests with a shower, sun loungers and a bathroom.
The property has air conditioning and a 500 Mb Wi-Fi connection.
The building has two lifts, but does not have a parking space.
It is possible to rent a parking space in a public car park just 50 metres from the property. At the back of the building is the Parque de la Constitución, where you can enjoy a pleasant relaxing walk for adults and with slides and swings for children. Within 100 metres of the property there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as supermarkets.
The beaches of Faro and Fontanilla have toilets, playgrounds, hammocks, parasols and beach bars.
They also have the distinction of the blue flag, an award given to beaches that meet certain environmental and service conditions.
The promenade leads to Puerto Banús, one of the most famous ports in the world, located 6.5 km away along the beach line at all times.

Fantastisch locatie met een prachtig uitzicht op zee.
Midden in het kloppend hart van Marbella.
Badkamer mag dringend opgefrist worden en matras in slaapkamer is versleten.
Stoelen eetplaats zijn gebarsten met risico’s op letsels aan de billen.

Zwembad niet gebruikt maar is mooi en best groot maar strand is 100 stappen verwijderd
Het enige waar we mis grepen was een kurkentrekker en een waterkoker
