In the town of Chia, the apartment "Chia Grande" offers sea views and is situated just a short walk from the fine sand of the southern coast of Sardinia.
The property features a living/dining room with a rustic fireplace, a functionally-equipped kitchenette, 3 bedrooms with double beds as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include satellite television, a baby cot and Wi-Fi upon request.
Outside you will find a communal garden, shared with 3 other properties, with fresh flowers, an outdoor shower and seating areas with views over the mountains and the glittering sea.
There is furthermore a barbecue available for your private use.
A fantastic selection of white, sandy beaches are just a stone throw’s away: the beach of Su Portu is just 10-minutes walking or 900 m from the property and the beaches of Chia Sa Colonia, Su Giudeu and Campana Dune are between 1.5 - 4 km or a 4 - 9 minutes driving from your front door.
Furthermore, a supermarket and a selection of restaurants with local specialities are just 1 km or a 3-minute drive away.
Towels can be provided, depending on availability upon check-in, at an additional cost.
A cot can be provided depending on availability upon check-in.

Fijn huis in Zuid-Sardinië, genieten van de omgeving, rust en ruimte.

Met vier gezinnen (kinderen met verschillende leeftijden), alle appartementen voor een week gehuurd. We kwamen in een net huis, met fris opgemaakte bedden. Er is een ruime tuin met veel schaduwplekken om te zitten en te liggen.
Op loopafstand van de zee met kiezelstrand, wel is het laatste stuk naa...
Klein nadeel was dat er sprinklers aangingen rond 11 uur in de avond. Wij hebben dit met een lach opgelost door te verplaatsen in de tuin.
Voordeel van de sprinklers was dat het een mooie tuin met gras en bloeiende bloemen was.
Vanuit de omschrijving van Holidu staat dat er handdoeken tot je beschikking zijn, deze zijn er niet!
