In the south of Sardinia in Santa Margherita di Pula you can find the holiday apartment "Villetta Vista Mare", which is ideal for a family vacation.
The cosy apartment, located on the first floor, has a living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of which has a bunk bed for 2 people and a single bed), as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 5 people.
The amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, cable TV, a washing machine, a baby cot, a cot and a high chair.
The outside area of the apartment consists of a balcony and a covered terrace.
Enjoy your morning here with a cup of coffee and a breathtaking view of the sea.
In the residential complex there is a tennis court, a table tennis table and a playground.
For an additional charge you can also use the pool of the complex.
A restaurant is located 110 m from the complex (1 minute).
Further shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached within 1.6 km (8 minutes by car).

What brought the most pleasure was the view from the balcony; you have a beautiful outlook over the sea, and both the sun and moon traverse the terrace throughout the day, creating a very tranquil atmosphere.
The distance between the car and the cottage is approximately 50 meters. This came as a surprise to us and can create a negative impression if you frequently use your car. Additionally, the apartment is situated in a deserted park, and the pool was completely unusable, just like all the other facilities. The cottage itself needs some love; many things are functional but require repairs.
