The 2-storey property with a mountain view consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair.
In your private outdoor area you will find a garden with colourful Mediterranean plants, 2 terraces (open and covered), a pool and a barbecue.
Relax on one of the 2 terraces with a hot cup of coffee and admire the fantastic view of the mountains and the surrounding greenery.
Lose yourself in a good book on the comfortable sun loungers and soak up the Spanish sun. In a 5-minute walk you will reach a selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.
The nearest supermarket is located a 4-minute walk away (350 m). The beautiful beach Platja de Traves awaits your visit a 5-minute walk away (450 m). Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Auf der Gartenseite hat man Ruhe und von dem schönen überdachten Balkon und der Terrasse am Pool eine tolle Aussicht. Bis zum Meer und in den lebhaften Ort sind es nur wenige Schritte. Da Haus bietet viel Platz und Rückzugsorte für mehrere Personen.
Die Zimmer zur Bergseite liegen nah an der Straße und waren deshalb recht laut.

The overall facilities and cleanliness of the property were outstanding. The hosts were lovely. The beds were very comfortable.
