Located in Puerto de Sóller, the apartment Ponent impresses guests with its modern decor and breathtaking view of the sea and the mountain.
The apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include fans, a washing machine, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair.
In your private outdoor area, you will find a balcony and an open terrace where you can watch the sun set with a glass of wine in your hand or enjoy delicious meals outside.
Furthermore, there is also a shared pool which is available for your use (open from 1st of May until the end of October). In a 3-minute walk you will reach the nearest restaurant and in an 8-minute walk you will reach a further selection of cafes, bars and restaurants.
The nearest supermarket is located a 9-minute walk from the apartment (750 m). Platja de Traves beach, with its soft, golden sand, also awaits your visit a 10-minute walk away (850 m). Parties or similar events are not allowed. The minimum age to do the check-in is 25 years old. Check-in after 9 pm can be arranged for an extra fee. Street parking is available. Die Wohnung liegt fantastisch am Berghang mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf das Meer. Sie hat zwei Balkone jeweils auf der West- und auf der Ostseite, sodass man je nach Wetter immer draußen sitzen kann. Es ist hell und freundlich mit guter Ausstattung. Zum Strand und dem kleinen Zentrum läuft man knappe 10 Minuten den Berg hinab.
The siphons in the bathroom were leaking; there was a strong smell of gas from the drain. They needed to be cleaned or replaced.

The location was quiet, with a great view. We were greeted by a lovely young man ,who did a shop (for a small fee)for us for our arrival, as we arrived fairly late. Port de Soller is a lovely setting to get away from it all.
The only thing that would have been the icing on the cake would to have had air-conditioning. However, there is an overhead fan in the bedroom.
