The spacious 110 m2 holiday apartment Partnachklamm, which boasts a fantastic mountain view, is located on the top floor of a beautiful country-style house in the district of Kaltenbrunn, close to the popular ski resort Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
The modern apartment with sloping ceilings and wonderful, exposed wooden beams consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Furthermore, the child-friendly property is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite television, board games as well as a children's bed and a highchair.
The private balcony with a long dining table invites you to enjoy a delicious family breakfast or an evening glass of wine outside in the fresh air.
Due to its excellent location, the town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen can be reached by car in approximately 14 minutes, where you will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
Just a 6-minute drive away (4.6 km), you will also find the nearest supermarket.
For nature lovers and ski enthusiasts, this is the perfect accommodation as several hiking areas as well as the start of a cross-country skiing trail are just a few metres away from the property.
A number of ski resorts can also be easily reached within a few minutes by car.
The Zugspitze railway, which will take you to the highest peak of the Wetterstein mountains and the Zugspitze (the highest mountain in Germany), is just a 13-minute drive from the apartment.
From here you will have a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains as well as the surrounding areas. Parking spaces are available on the property. Ski storage possible. There is a railway track behind the house and trains pass during the day and night.
