A large supermarket is only a 3-minute walk (250 m) away. The children's and rheumatism clinic is nearby (8 minutes by car). Garmisch-Partenkirchen is the ideal starting point for an eventful vacation in nature. Here you can go skiing or cross-country skiing, hiking or biking.
The public transport can be used with the guest card (included in visitor's tax) to Reutte (AT) and Grainau & Eibsee free.
The bus stop for the local bus and the national bus service is located directly in front of the house in a few meters.
