Puerto del Carmen Holiday home in Puerto del Carmen 13 minutes walk from the beach and the old town, just outside the center of Puerto del Carmen, holiday home Luis I combines an ideal location with its luxurious outdoor area for an exceptionally relaxing holiday experience.
The holiday house integrates cream-coloured decor with splashes of color and consists of a living room, dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, a baby cot and a highchair.
Outside, the furnished patio offers a place to share fresh meals together and sunbathe in absolute privacy while the private pool - heated throughout the entire year - invites guests to refresh themselves under Lanzarote’s clear sky at any time of day. Due to its optimal location, a selection of shops, bars and restaurants are only a 2-minute walk away while charming harbour of Old Town is about a 13-minute walk or 1.1 km from the villa.
To reach the popular beach Playa Blanca, visitors need only walk 12-minute walk, where they can stretch out on the dark gold sand and listening to the water rolling up on shore.
For golf lovers, it is additionally only a 3-minute drive to the closest golf course. Parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Lanzarote Airport is 9 km or 10-minute drive from the holiday house. The heating of the pool is always on for free.
The machine is fully automatic: it turns on when necessary and turns off when the water reaches the optimum temperature to swim (about 25 or 26°C). The temperature is then at its maximum and cannot be raised.
Please note that pool towels are not provided and there is unfortunately no hair dryer. Parties are not allowed. This property has a self check-in system (lock box).

Nice property. 15 min walk to beach. €4 for a taxi back. Lidl nearby.

The pool was lovely. Host communicated well.
Would be good to have some shade on the patio area. Downstairs bath a
bit dated.
Fijne locatie voor een aangenaam verblijf.

Prima locatie , ruim, jammer genoeg geen ontvangst door de eigenaar. Interieur en badkamers wat outdated, slechte stoelen binnen en buiten. Maar toch de moeite waard. Er was meer ruimte in het huis dan verwacht!

En general bien. Se podrían mejorar algunos detalles como cojines en las sillas de la terraza ya que son muy incómodas. La terraza y la piscina resultan muy agradables, la zona es muy tranquila.
