Holiday home in Puerto del Carmen 13 minutes walk from the beach and the old town, just outside the center of Puerto del Carmen, holiday home Luis 4 combines an ideal location with its luxurious outdoor area for an exceptionally relaxing holiday experience.
The holiday home features colorful, tasteful decor and consists of a spacious living room, dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, a baby cot and a highchair.
Outside, the furnished patio offers a place to share fresh meals together and sunbathe in absolute privacy while the private pool - heated throughout the entire year - invites guests to refresh themselves under Lanzarote’s clear sky at any time of day. Due to its optimal location, a selection of shops, bars and restaurants are only a 2-minute walk away while charming harbour of Old Town is about a 13-minute walk or 1.1 km from the villa.
To reach the popular beach Playa Blanca, visitors need only walk 12-minute walk, where they can stretch out on the dark gold sand and listening to the water rolling up on shore.
For golf lovers, it is additionally only a 3-minute drive to the closest golf course. Parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Lanzarote Airport is 9 km or 10-minute drive from the holiday home. The heating of the pool is always on for free.
The machine is fully automatic: it turns on when necessary and turns off when the water reaches the optimum temperature to swim (about 25 or 26°C). The temperature is then at its maximum and cannot be raised.
Please note that pool towels are not provided and there is unfortunately no hair dryer. Parties are not allowed. This property has a self check-in system (lock box). Die Heizung des Pools ist immer kostenlos eingeschaltet.

The villa was amazing so clean very comfortable beds the heated pool and patio area was so lovely clean tidy and pool have a lovely temperature. I could not recommend the host more no matter what we message about or ask for their accommodated. It will definitely be our Lanzarote Villa stay can’t wait till next year.
There is nothing I did not enjoy about the Villa. Everything was 100% and so comfortable if anyone wants to stay here they won’t be disappointed and if they are it would be there problem.

We enjoy everything about the villa very clean and tidy beds very comfortable pool and deck area very clean will be back again we loved it highly recommended for a family couple or just a few friends the staff were on call when ever you needed them through whatapp and they got back to you within a few mins
