San Pietro Green is a charming 50 m² terraced house on two levels, in a peaceful pine grove with a sunny setting just 150 metres from San Pietro a Mare beach.
Ideal for families, couples or small groups, it offers practical, comfortable interiors. The main floor has a living room with a dining area, TV and patio access, an air-conditioned double bedroom, and a kitchenette with four electric hotplates, a dishwasher and freezer.
The mezzanine has two more beds and sloping ceilings ranging from 120 to 220 cm in height.
The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet. The house offers air conditioning in the living area and double bedroom, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and mosquito screens.
Outside, a private fenced garden of around 200 m² with garden furniture provides space to relax.
There is also an outdoor shower and a parking space at the house. The beach is within walking distance.
A restaurant and bar are around 100 metres away, while the supermarket is about 2 km away. San Pietro Green is an excellent base for exploring northern Sardinia and visiting places such as Isola Rossa, around 17 km away, Costa Paradiso, 27 km away, and Stintino, around 75 km away. Final cleaning, parking and Wi-Fi are included.
One pet is welcome.
A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area.
The house is in a pine grove where barbecues are not permitted. San Pietro Green awaits you for a relaxing holiday surrounded by sea and nature, just a short stroll from the beach.
