Lovely house with a garden and views of the Sierra del Sueve, in Bozanes, just 4 km from central Villaviciosa and close to Rodiles beach, Puntal harbour and the fishing village of Tazones.
Access to the A8 motorway is just 3 km away, connecting you to attractions such as Covadonga (55 min), Oviedo (35 min) and Gijón (20 min). This peaceful, natural setting is perfect for a few days in Asturias. The complex has private parking for 4 cars and an electric vehicle charger.
The 1,000 m² garden features a barbecue area beside a wooden pergola, an outdoor shower and a private hot tub for relaxing after a day out exploring.
There is also a table tennis table for fun with family or friends. The air-conditioned house includes a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and moka pot, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
The main bedroom has two single beds pushed together, each 105 cm wide.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two lower beds and one upper bed, all 105 cm wide.
The living room has a large window with access to the terrace and garden.
A pellet fireplace makes the house ideal for colder months.
Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan, a workspace and a private balcony with mountain views are also provided. One pet is welcome.
Events are not permitted on the property.
