CasaMar El Cotillo welcomes you to El Cotillo, a peaceful and charming seaside town right by the ocean.
This 70 sqm apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests and features 1 bedroom, a separate living room, and 1 bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine with 2 complimentary capsules.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning with two independent units in the living room and bedroom, TV, and washing machine.
A baby cot is available on request for an extra fee. Please note that a video and audio recording device monitors the entrance door and terrace area; additional surveillance cameras are present at the pool and in shared areas, managed by the building administration. Enjoy the private northwest-facing balcony, perfect for watching the ocean sunset.
You also have access to a shared garden on the ground floor and a private rooftop accessible from inside the apartment, equipped with a pergola and outdoor furniture for dining and relaxation.
The outdoor communal pool is open year-round, with water temperature around 20°C and is not heated.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided by the pool.
There is also a shared children's pool.
Please note that any pool closures or maintenance are managed by the administration and are beyond the host’s control. Street parking is available.
Beach towels are provided.
