Bathroom: Shower and natural light, also with sea views. Community amenities Ground-floor storage room for beach gear. Shared rooftop: Perfect for outdoor dining, sunset drinks, or drying clothes with bay views. Other details: Self check-in, step-free interior, street parking, and cleaning service available for an extra fee. Guest access Second floor without elevator in a quiet building of only 4 neighbors. The area (Sant Elm neighborhood) Charming area less than 100 m from supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, and water sports (kayak, diving).
