Welcome to our new, modern 50 m² holiday apartment in the central area of Leutkirch! The cozy apartment is located on the first floor of a family house and has a separate entrance.

Shops are just around the corner.
You can reach the center of Leutkirch on foot in about 15 minutes.
Ideal for holidaymakers, business travelers, and anyone looking for a modern and comfortable place to stay in Leutkirch. Center Park and the Sonnenhof Therapy Center are a 5-minute drive away.
The largest ski resorts, such as Zürs, Lech, and Montafon, can be reached within 1 hour.
The beautiful Lake Constance border triangle is just 25 minutes away, as are many attractions in the Allgäu region. Good to know: Not a workers’ accommodation.
Bachelor parties or other events are not permitted.
