This 75 sqm apartment is spread across 2 floors, with the sleeping area upstairs and the living, cooking, and dining area downstairs.
It accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and offers 1 bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee machine.
Amenities include air conditioning with central control that also serves as heating, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, a washing machine, and an elevator providing access to all levels of the complex including the pool and fitness area.
Families with children will appreciate the available highchair and baby crib. Step outside to your private uncovered terrace or balcony, where you can enjoy views of the sea, mountains, and orange fields.
A private grill is also at your disposal.
The shared outdoor pool complex is open from May 15 to October 15, from 9 am to 10 pm, and features 2 whirlpools in the main pool, a relaxation pool with a waterfall, and a children's pool.
Sun loungers and parasols are provided.
Adjacent to the pool area is a shared playground.
A shared gym is available year round, with an outdoor shower nearby.
The shared clubhouse offers a billiard table and additional entertainment. 1 shared on-site parking space is available, and parking is also available in the street.
