The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. There is a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and built-in mirror.
In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare meals, including a coffee machine.
The apartment offers Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, a workspace, and a high chair for babies and toddlers. Both terraces invite you to enjoy the fresh air and admire the surrounding landscape. Please park your vehicle on the public street.
There are usually enough parking spaces close to the apartment. The apartment is not barrier-free. Please note that there is currently construction work at the building.
Occasional noise may occur during your stay. A family with a small child lives above the apartment, so you may hear normal household sounds and children playing from time to time. We want to be transparent before you book and thank you for your understanding.
