The holiday home Maison Lagune bleue (3-star rating) was renovated in 2025/26 and is located in the Résidence Le Clos des Pins in Gruissan – right by the Grazel Lagoon and just a few steps from the beach.
Its quiet southwest-facing location with evening sun and almost car-free surroundings with direct access to the pedestrian promenade offer ideal conditions for relaxing days on the Mediterranean. The house is comfortable, suitable for couples and families, and very well equipped.
It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All rooms are air-conditioned, including the modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area on the ground floor.
