The Kugelberg Apartment is a spacious 95 m² flat located on the edge of Goldbach, separated from Aschaffenburg only by a landscape park (Fasanerie). The accommodation is on the first floor of a two-family house and offers space for up to 5 guests.
There are 3 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.
The bathroom features a separate shower and bathtub.
The fully equipped kitchen includes both a filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee maker.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video streaming, a 55-inch TV, video-on-demand, radiators in all rooms, a fan, washing machine, dryer, workspace, cot and high chair, as well as self check-in. The apartment is accessible without steps inside.
Families will find toys and books available. Outside, you can enjoy a private balcony and a terrace at the back of the house.
There is a parking space in the courtyard, with additional parking available on the street.
Public transport is nearby.
Bicycle storage is provided.
Please note that parties are not allowed on the property. The apartment is fully renovated and newly furnished, located on a quiet side street. Within 2.5 km you will find three parks with lovely beer gardens, three playgrounds, and a water playground.
The newly renovated Goldbach forest swimming pool is about 3 km away. Aschaffenburg’s main attractions include the old town, Pompejanum, Johannisburg Castle, Schönbusch park, and seven museums.
In summer, Aschaffenburg hosts many festivals and events, as well as cultural programmes at the city theatre and town hall.
The city offers a wide range of international cuisine.
It is also known as the “Bavarian Nice.”
