New LOFT of CAN PADROSA, for 2 people within the Can Padrosa complex: modern and exclusive space, with a private Spa-jacuzzi area.
A few minutes from Figueres, Costa Brava beaches, and Cap de Creus Natural Park. The space LOFT de CAN PADROSA is part of a fully restored farmhouse (17th century) but as an independent space.
Contemporary design in a very quiet environment and with all the comforts.
It has WiFi, a covered porch (chill-out area), a barbecue, an outdoor gym, and access to the Spa-jacuzzi area, heating, air conditioning, and parking inside the premises.
The loft spans 100 m² and includes a dedicated workspace, television with video on demand, and access to a shared outdoor pool and garden.
Bicycle storage is also available on site. Ideal for couples who want to enjoy a unique space to disconnect, but also take advantage of its location to get to know its natural surroundings: Aiguamolls del Alt Empordà Park 5 minutes away and explore all the activities and gastronomy offered by the area. Guest access GROUND FLOOR: Open space with fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room – living room. 1 full bathroom with shower.
The loft features one bedroom and a private uncovered terrace.
A baby crib is available upon request. The accommodation is surrounded by fields and nature in Riumors, just 5 minutes from Parc del Aiguamolls, 10 minutes from the beaches, and 10 minutes from the capital of the region: Figueres. We offer guests organic food from our garden and eggs from the Ampurdan chicken coop, subject to availability by season. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
