Located in the iconic Ciutat Vella, our 70 m² apartment is the perfect base to discover the city.
With space for up to 6 guests, it offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—ideal for families or groups of friends. Enjoy a comfortable, functional space: fully equipped kitchen (coffee makers, oven, microwave), high-speed WiFi, TV, and climate control (A/C and heating in the living room and one bedroom; fans in the others). We offer self check-in for maximum flexibility.
Please note: the apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator, but interior access is step-free. Your oasis above the city: The highlight is the shared rooftop terrace—a solarium with a shower, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring and taking in unique views of central Barcelona. Prime location: You’ll be at a unique historic crossroads: El Born: Wander the city’s most bohemian, vibrant neighborhood, full of designer boutiques and top dining. Santa María del Mar: Just minutes from Barcelona’s purest Gothic gem. La Barceloneta: Feel the maritime spirit and enjoy the beach just steps away. Connectivity: Barceloneta metro station (Line 4) is only 250 meters away, linking you to the whole city in minutes. No parties or events allowed.
