La Petite Maison Saint Martin is a renovated vacation home located in the historic village of Villette.
The 72 sqm property is spread over 2 levels and accommodates up to 7 guests.
On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a kitchenette, a salon area with a television, a fireplace, a shower room with a toilet, and a sofa bed. The ground floor is accessible for persons with reduced mobility.
On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and one with 3 single beds, along with a separate toilet with a washbasin.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a high chair, and a shared EV charger. The property is set in a calm, countryside environment within the historic village.
You will find 2 parking spaces on the street in front of the house.
The vacation home is accessed through a large blue gate leading to a courtyard and is identifiable by its glass facade visible in the photos. Please note that pets are not allowed, and events are not permitted on the property.
Smoking inside is not allowed. The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property.
A cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. Nearby, you can visit an old fish farm, explore traditional architecture, or enjoy horseback riding.
