It features 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with a double and a single bed—1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals, and a cozy living room. A baby cot and high chair are available on request to ensure a comfortable stay for families with young children. Outdoors, you can relax on the private balcony or in the 100 m² garden surrounded by lemon, orange, and caper plants—an ideal setting for peaceful moments. For your leisure, two bicycles are available on request for an extra fee, perfect for exploring the area freely.
The property also offers a treadmill and exercise bike for those who wish to stay active during their holiday. A free parking space is provided for your convenience. Pets are welcome for an extra fee; only one pet is allowed per stay. Please note that parties or events are not permitted on the premises. A shuttle service to and from Bari airport or train station is also available for an extra fee, making your travels even easier. Just a 5-minute walk away, in the town center, you'll find many local venues where you can enjoy typical regional dishes.
