The space: This delightful traditional stone house in the village of Argyrades blends rustic charm with practical amenities, making it a perfect base for your Corfu holiday.
Featuring two serene bedrooms each fitted with a comfortable double bed, the home sleeps up to 4 guests and is ideal for couples, families, or friends seeking a laid-back escape.
The interior retains original stonework and traditional details while offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with stovetops, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, and a dining table for enjoying home-cooked meals.
The full bathroom is stocked with body soap, shampoo, towels, and other essentials.
Ceiling fans provide a refreshing breeze on warmer days.
Step outside to a private garden patio with outdoor chairs and a table—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening drink under the stars.
The house also includes a TV, internet access, and a private entrance, ensuring both comfort and privacy.
Long-term stays are welcome, making it a cozy home for extended visits to the peaceful Corfiot countryside. Dear guest, We hope you are looking forward to your upcoming stay with us! We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government.
From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities. The fee is: €8 per night for apartments €15 per night for villas Please note: This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way. Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances. Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law. We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
