This newly furnished 130 m² holiday home offers ample space, modern furniture, and a bright, welcoming atmosphere.
It includes two bedrooms with two single beds each, one bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for six. TVs are provided in both living and sleeping areas.
The modern bathroom has a large, accessible shower, plus a separate guest WC. Each guest receives one towel and one bath towel; a towel package is available on request for an extra fee per person.
Washing machine and dryer use are possible on request for an extra fee. The living area opens onto a spacious terrace ideal for relaxing.
Entrance can be made accessible on request.
Parking is directly in front of the house, with more spaces in the driveway.
Check-in is fully self-service via a secure key box; property information is sent two days before arrival. Other important information: For business travelers: - Frankfurt Airport approx. 20–25 min - Quick access to A67 and A5 - Frankfurt Trade Fair approx. 30–35 min - Central location between Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Wiesbaden, and Mainz - Train connections from Klein-Gerau (to Wiesbaden/Mainz) and Groß-Gerau-Dornberg (to Frankfurt/Mannheim) - Bus from Kurt-Schumacher-Ring to Groß-Gerau and Darmstadt - Supermarket nearby For holidaymakers & those seeking relaxation: - Golf course (approx. 3 km) - Cycling and hiking trails - Indoor/outdoor pools in Groß-Gerau (approx. 3 km) - Culture and sights in Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden - Leisure activities in the Rhine-Main area House rules: - No pets - No smoking inside - No parties or events - Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00 - Please separate waste by bin color.
