The house accommodates up to 4 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby.
Enjoy a spacious, inviting living area with a cozy lounge, a very comfortable sofa bed for 2, coffee tables and armchairs, plus a large dining table for up to 6 guests.
The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
A floor mattress for a child and a baby cot can be provided on request. You’ll also find a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a pleasant breakfast or snack area, and a second bathroom with a large shower and toilet. Outside, there’s a lovely front garden, a driveway for several cars, two covered terraces at the back, and a beautiful seasonal pool—ideal after a day exploring Périgord. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a few essentials to start your stay. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. Just unpack and enjoy the charms of Périgord. Boat ramp at the end of the street for fishing enthusiasts. The V91 cycle path is nearby, connecting Prigonrieux to Mauzac for 40 km along the Dordogne. Bergerac is 15 minutes away, Saint Emilion 35 minutes, Sarlat-la-Canéda 1 hour, Bordeaux 1h20.
