You have a private kitchen to prepare your meals.
The property is part of a peaceful village of 14 hillside houses, set among oaks and olive trees, offering a sunny, tranquil setting just 1 km from Bessas village. Enjoy a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, boasting panoramic views all the way to Mont Ventoux.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. Pets are welcome (1 allowed). Parties are not permitted.
You have access to shared facilities such as table tennis and billiards. The family estate offers a shared heated pool (May to September), children’s playground, pétanque court, 2 ping-pong tables, football field with goals, adult fitness room available for an extra charge, library, and refreshment area with foosball and billiards.
In July and August, enjoy bread delivery, hikes, pétanque competitions, football and ping-pong tournaments. Within 20 km, discover the Ardèche, Cèze, Chassezac, Labeaume, and Ibie gorges, the Pont d’Arc cave, Aven d’Orgnac, Païolive forest, castles, and villages ranked among France’s most beautiful.
Nearby activities include canoeing on three rivers, climbing, horse riding, caving, canyoning, hiking, road cycling, and mountain biking. Bed linen, towels, baby cot, high chair, pets, breakfast (summer only), deck chair, and fan are available for an extra charge.
