Located in Porlezza, this 90 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests with a living room and 2 bedrooms.
There is 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals during your stay.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, and heating available from October to March.
Families with children will appreciate the cot, high chair, and self check-in. Outside, you can enjoy a small private garden on the ground floor with a table, chairs, and umbrella, plus 2 private balconies with mountain views.
The property is ideal for relaxing, reading, or letting children play outdoors.
The apartment is on the first floor, with no elevator. Street parking is available, and public transport is easily accessible.
A covered garage is also available on request for an extra fee. One pet is allowed.
Events are not permitted.
Tennis and padel courts and a swimming pool are just a 10-minute walk away. The owners live on site, below Casa Ezia.
The location offers easy access to supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, municipal pool, post office, and all main services within walking distance.
