The Casa da Música metro station, a short walk from the apartment, connects you to the city's extensive transit network, making it simple to reach iconic destinations and vibrant neighbourhoods throughout Porto. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Discover a refined 85 sqm haven for six guests.

Nice place to stay at. Location was great in a quiet residential area. We could walk to old Porto in about 45 minutes. You could also take the Metro that was located 10 minutes walking from the place. Overall enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone one that wants to stay out of the overcrowded area of old Porto.

I’ve stayed in dozens of Airbnb flats over the years, but this one is undoubtedly the best: the most beautiful, the cleanest and the most comfortable. It’s almost impossible to find a fault with it. There’s even a parking space for those arriving by car. I highly recommend it.

Great place, nice location and the house is newly renovated. The apartment does look bigger in the pictures but overall it’s very nice. Not having an elevator is a bit hard at the end of a day walking around the city but it’s only 3 floors so it’s doable.
