New: Private sauna in the basement, free of charge! The Vulkaneifel apartment is bright and modern, located in the center of the charming town of Daun.
The outdoor area features a 45 sqm terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The terrace faces the lively street at the front and a small park on the side.
Due to the central location (street traffic), the terrace is enclosed with a fence and hedges.
The separate entrance leads from the street across the terrace into the house. Behind the house, you will find a well-kept, quiet garden with a lawn, extra seating area, a second barbecue, fountain, and a children’s play tower with two swings, sandbox, and slide.
You are welcome to use this outdoor area as well.
The garden is lovingly designed with decorative gravel and a small waterfall with fountain.
In the evening, coordinated LED lighting creates a special atmosphere for the house and garden. The Vulkaneifel apartment is about 90 sqm and spans two floors in the City Ferienhaus Vulkaneifel.
On the ground floor are the living kitchen and two separate bedrooms.
The basement has two bathrooms and a toilet.
The apartment is suitable for two to six guests.
The living room includes a double sofa bed for two additional guests.
The apartment offers a living kitchen, dishwasher, electric stove with 4-burner ceramic hob and oven, and a large fridge-freezer.
Two coffee machines are available.
