Look forward to a spacious, bright, and fully equipped holiday apartment (90 sqm) with balcony on the outskirts of Ochsenhausen, in the scenic region of Upper Swabia.
The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests.
It features a living room, two bedrooms, an open, well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with two sinks, shower, and bathtub.
The toilet is separate.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and underfloor heating.
Families will find games and books for children. You can start hiking with beautiful views directly from the apartment or enjoy walks along the nearby foot and cycle path by the stream.
The cycling network is well developed.
Two swimming ponds are nearby (1.5 km and 3 km away). The town of Ochsenhausen is just 3 km away and offers various attractions, such as a ride on the Öchslebahn, Krummbach (with water playground), basilica with monastery, concerts, Hermann Hesse exhibition (until 4.10.26), shell museum (until 30.9.26), ice cream café, and restaurants. Larger cities nearby include Biberach a.d. Riß (with Jordanbad, outdoor pool, climbing park) and Memmingen (nearest airport), both about 20 minutes by car. Bad Waldsee with its town lake and wildlife park is 30 minutes away.
Lake Constance is ideal for day trips, for example to Meersburg and Mainau Island (77 km) or Pfänder (78 km); the city of Ulm with Ulm Minster or the Blautopf in Blaubeuren (both about 50 km); and the Allgäu region, for example to Zeil Castle (26 km) or Eistobel (62 km). Two outdoor parking spaces are available at the apartment.

Die Einzelbetten war ziemlich laut wenn man sich mal gedreht hat (knarzend) - ansonsten alles TOP!

What a find!! Our family of 5 was so at home with this amazingly beautiful and spacious apartment. The washing machine was a big plus for us. We are making plans to stay longer next time. It is next to a small farm with friendly cows that came to visit. The views were fantastic! Manuela was a delightful host. We found a surprising number of dinner choices in town and had a wonderful stay.
