Located in Saulieu, this spacious 350 m² vacation home welcomes up to 15 guests in 7 bedrooms, which can be arranged as double or single beds according to your preferences.
The house features 3 bathrooms—2 with showers and 1 with a bathtub—and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, open to the dining area.
Enjoy a cozy living room with a fireplace, an upstairs relaxation area with games, TV, fan, crib, high chair, and a private jacuzzi.
The ground floor is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Outside, relax in your private garden and on the open terrace, perfect for outdoor dining with your own barbecue.
The peaceful setting is ideal for family gatherings or getaways with friends, and also suits hikers, cyclists, or horseback riders. On-site shared parking offers 7 spaces.
One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Please note that parties and events are not permitted.
A shared pool table is available for your leisure. This renovated property is set in a characterful farmhouse and offers a spa area accessible by reservation, available for an extra fee. Bath towels are available for an extra fee. If you charge your electric car, an extra fee also applies.

Très beau gîte, avec une chambre équipée PMR. Idéal pour découvrir Saulieu et le lac des Settons. Nous avons passé un merveilleux WE en famille.

Gîte impeccable ! Spacieux, parfaitement équipé, refait et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Situation idéale, au calme à 10minutes à pieds du centre ville de Saulieu.
