Sunny Apartment with Terrace is a spacious 80 square meter apartment located on the ground floor of an elegant building in Bellagio.
The strategic position offers a panoramic view that ranges from the mountains to the garden , to suggestive views of the city , creating a bright and welcoming environment perfect for relaxing stays on Lake Como. The apartment has two tastefully furnished bedrooms : the first has a double bed while the second is equipped with a double French bed , ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The living room represents the heart of the house, with a double sofa bed that can accommodate up to five people , creating a convivial and functional space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven , microwave and dishwasher , ideal for preparing home-cooked meals and enjoying moments of conviviality.
The bathroom completes the interior equipment, designed to meet the needs of all guests. The apartment is equipped with all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi connection to always stay connected, washing machine for autonomous laundry management during extended stays, and heating that guarantees maximum comfort in every season.
