Located in San Donato, just minutes from Lucca’s historic center, it’s especially convenient for guests arriving by car thanks to its proximity to the Lucca Ovest motorway exit.
Perfect for couples or business travelers, it’s an ideal base for exploring the city and surroundings while enjoying peace and quiet.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet building and is arranged simply and functionally. The living area is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen: you’ll find everything you need to feel at home, including a pod coffee machine, kettle, four-burner cooktop, table for two, comfortable sofa, and a smart TV for relaxing at the end of the day. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe for your belongings.
The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. There’s also an additional room used as a pantry/laundry, with a large fridge, microwave, toaster, and useful accessories like an iron and ironing board.
The apartment offers strong Wi-Fi, air conditioning (a single unit in the living area cools the entire home), and radiator heating managed remotely to keep a comfortable temperature of 19–20°C in winter.
All windows have mosquito screens and blackout curtains, ensuring restful sleep in any season. You’ll have access to the entire apartment and a convenient private parking space within the property, located right by the main entrance.
