The rental price includes an electricity allowance of 15 kWh/night from April to October and 30 kWh/night from November to March.

The tourist tax is not included and will be collected by the booking platform. Located in Gérardmer, La Maison des Érables offers around 100 m² of comfort for up to 8 guests.
There are 3 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, another with a 160 cm bed and a baby cot, and a third with bunk beds and a 160 cm bed. The private, fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, and Senseo coffee machine.
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning, electric underfloor heating, heat pump and wood stove, TV, washing machine, dryer, 2 high chairs, baby cot, and shared children's toys and books. Outside, relax in the private 1,025 m² garden and on the open terrace with a 3x4 m pergola.
Garden furniture, loungers, and a private barbecue are provided for outdoor dining.
Baby swings are available under your responsibility.
The basement is not rented (private use). Parking for 2 cars is available in front of the house, with 1 space in the garage or on the street.
There is a 230V/16A charging socket in the garage for electric vehicles (bring your adapter). Events are not allowed.
The house is wheelchair accessible and about 1 km from the town center, in a very quiet and popular neighborhood.
A tennis court is reachable within 15 minutes.
