Located in the center of Savonnières, this charming, typically Touraine holiday home from 1726 accommodates up to 4 guests and offers 2 bedrooms.
The house is built against troglodyte caves with a wine press area and benefits from the natural coolness of the caves. The two attic bedrooms are separated by a curtain, which may limit privacy for 4 adults.
This accommodation is therefore ideal for a couple alone or with 2 children. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with a classic coffee maker and Senseo machine, as well as a cozy living room with a fireplace and exposed beams. The house features a bathroom, air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating throughout, a TV, a fan, and a washing machine.
A baby cot, high chair, changing mat, toys, and children's books are also available for your use. Outside, relax in the private garden and on three uncovered private terraces with panoramic views of the Cher River.
A plancha grill lets you enjoy outdoor meals. Parking is on the street, and a private, secure bike room also accommodates motorcycles.
Events are not permitted on the property. Enjoy a digital holiday with easy 4G access.
The property is an LPO (Bird Protection League) refuge.

Le gîte est bien situé et bien équipé.
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, pas de wifi mais on capte bien la 4G.
Je remercie nos hôtes pour leur accueil sympathique avec en cadeau des confitures maison.
Nous reviendrons dans cette région du Val de Loire.

Petite maison très agréable où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Nous recommandons ce gîte sans aucun soucis. Et n'oublions pas les très bonne confiture ,offerte par Monique. Merci pour tout.
