Our newly renovated 45 m² holiday apartment with a balcony on the ground floor is located right by Lake Caldaro and offers the perfect retreat for two people.
It features a living kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The location is ideal: lake access is about 50 m away, and an outdoor pool or lakeside bath can be reached in just 20 m. The area is perfect for swimming, relaxing, hiking, and cycling.
Bus stops, cycle paths, restaurants, pizzerias, a bakery, and grocery stores are all close by. Amenities include a fully equipped living kitchen with a double sofa bed, electric stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, and microwave.
The bedroom has a box spring bed, and the bathroom offers a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.
Bed linen, hand, shower, and bath towels (including a beach bag) are provided.
There is a TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a balcony with a table, chairs, and a sun umbrella for extra comfort.
A parking space is available right in front of the apartment. Non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.
The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of two adults; children are not permitted.
