Located in Assay, in the Loire Valley, this 65 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
You’ll have two bedrooms with double beds, plus a living room with a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, mixed gas/electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
Amenities also feature Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, washing machine, fan, baby cot, and high chair. Enjoy the private garden and uncovered terrace, complete with a private barbecue, outdoor furniture, parasol, gazebo, sun loungers, and outdoor games like table football and a play structure.
A shared playground, toys, and children’s books are also available. There is a shared parking space on site and a bike storage area in the barn.
The property is on one level and events are not permitted. The fully restored house is set in a peaceful hamlet within the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Nature Park.
Nearby: Champigny-sur-Veude (4 km) with the Saint-Louis chapel and shops including a bakery, Richelieu (9 km) with shops and a virtual château, and many Loire castles such as Château du Rivau in Lémeré, Chinon Fortress, Château de Rigny-Ussé, and Azay-le-Rideau.
Futuroscope park is 45 minutes away.
A departmental pond with a playground and picnic tables is 1.5 km away, as well as a greenway.

Maison en campagne entièrement équipée très propre. Aucun bruit. Propriétaire très gentille et agréable. Place de stationnement privée à proximité de l'entrée. Il ne manque rien.

A notre arrivé, les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, nous avons trouvé la maison spacieuse et très agréable et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de tres bonnes vacances. La literie est de bonne qualité. La Touraine est une région magnifique. Nous sommes content de ces vacances e...
